Supervision of the Construction of civil works and associated of the Hydroelectric project "El Cajón en el estado de Nayarit."


 PROJECT SCOPE

Supervision of associate works,  deviation, contention, excess structures and electric power generation, as well as the  control of the development of the design, revision of the engineering of civil work detail, monitoring, verification and exigency of the fulfillment of all the activities of the processes of construction and assembly of the structures, of the auxiliary floodgates, on watch and work grids of taking with its corresponding mechanisms of operation, the parts of support for electromechanical equipment and of all the set, as it establishes the executive project, the specifications of the design, manufacture and construction to whole satisfaction of COMISION FEDERAL DE ELECTRICIDAD

The contention structure consist of a curtain of enrocamiento with face of concrete (CFRD) of 186 m  height, length and 611,5 m  long and a volume approximated of tercerías of 10´300,000 m3. The supervision activities include/understand excavations for the rudeness and geologic rise, dental, sent and structural concrete positioning of, rock treatment to form the impermeable screen, tests of permeability, positioning of PVC meetings and copper meetings, drainage, anchorage, tests of extraction, compaction, check tests of quality and analysis of results of the materials of the curtain, system of auscultation, assembly of structures and ventilation, operation, processing, storage and transport of graduated materials, reinforcement steel and concrete.

The excess structure  is a channel to open sky located in the right margin with six radial floodgates of 12 xs 20,70 ms each one. The supervision activities include/understand excavations for the rudeness of the structures and geologic rise, concrete, system of drainage, anchorage and tests of extraction, assembly of floodgates and mechanisms of izaje, the crane porch and reinforcement steel positioning.

Generation work set whose function is to generate the energy electrical of the plant includes a work of taking with two conduits to pressure of 7,95 m of diameter and 222,49 m of length with steel shield and 37,28 m with concrete hydraulic engineer, that feed two turbines type FRANCIS (vertical) connected to two generators on 394.740 KVA.
